One tablet of Niferon® CR 40 once daily should be adequate. If necessary this dose can be increased to 80mg given once daily (2 tablet of Niferon®CR40 can be given once daily, or twice daily). Titration to doses above 80mg daily is not recommended. |

Particularly at the start of the treatment, mild adverse effect may occur. Intermittent headache, flush and feeling of hot or edema on the calves in high dose administration may develop due to dilation of blood vessel.Besides, individual adverse effect: nausea, dizziness, fatigability, paresthesia, hypotonia, pruritus, uricaria, exanthem, exfoliative dermatitis(very rare case), palpitation, visual disturbance, tremor. |

Niferon®CR 40 should be administrated after sufficient digitalization in patients with cardiac heart failure. When headache, dizziness, nausea and fatigability occur, this may influence the reactions to such an extent that active participation in traffic or handling machines can be affected. This reaction may be intensified especially to the interaction with alcohol.
